Description

As Arrow ECS, a leading IT solutions provider, we are looking for a talented Junior Account Controller to join our team. The role will be based in IT-Bolzano, Italy.

What you will be doing at Arrow ECS:

  • Support with financial processes, including month-end close, basic reporting, and ad-hoc analysis.
  • Perform routine data extract requests and provide answers to general customer queries.
  • Assist with business support activities.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics or related field.
  • Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Autonomous and proactive working style.
