Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at Alpitronic. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive P&L monitoring process and reports. Your expertise will help us make informed business decisions and drive growth in the e-mobility sector.

• Design and Implement P&L Monitoring Process: Develop and maintain a robust P&L monitoring process that provides real-time insights into our financial performance.
• Construct and Simulate Financial Models: Build and analyze financial models to support business plans and decision-making.
• Design Global Reporting Architecture: Develop a global reporting architecture that provides insights into countries, customers, cost centers, and contracts.
• Define and Implement Standard Work Processes: Establish and maintain standard work processes for budgeting and reporting to improve efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs and Provide Insights: Analyze financial results against forecasts and prior periods, and identify business risks and opportunities.
• Support Business Growth and Finance Process Improvements: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and finance process improvements.

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics: A degree in economics with a focus on accounting and finance is required.
• Several Years of Experience: Several years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international matrix company.
• Strong Business Analytical Skills: Strong business analytical skills and data interpretation are essential.
