Adh Personal Thüringen is looking for a highly motivated and experienced commercial oncology expert to join our team in North Italy as a Key Account Manager.
The estimated salary for this role is around €100,000 - €160,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
About the Role:
This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team that drives the commercialization of innovative oncology products in North Italy. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with therapeutic specialists and key account stakeholders to drive sales growth and achieve territory level goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and achieve territory level goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with therapeutic specialists and key account stakeholders
- Effectively engage with prescribers, account managers, and other key stakeholders to drive business results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify partnership opportunities and develop tactical strategies to support account needs
Requirements:
- MSc Degree (Laurea Magistrale) in biology or pharmacy or equivalent
- 5 Years in the Pharmaceutical/Marketplace
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical/biotech sales as part of a high performing onco-hematology team in a competitive environment
- Hematology experience is required, multiple myeloma experience preferred
- Able to thrive in a startup environment by maintaining a solutions-oriented mindset, embracing change and taking ownership of customer-facing initiatives
