We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineering Specialist to join our team at ABB Schweiz AG. As a key member of our Robotics and Discrete Automation Division, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing innovative solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and apply standard techniques and procedures to perform engineering assignments
- Create and analyze mechanical components and systems using CAD software
- Prepare detailed technical drawings for manufacturing
- Conduct simulations and tests to verify the functionality and safety of designs
- Assist in preparing proposal/presentation of engineering projects
- Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
- 2 years of experience as a Mechanical Designer
- Qualified in using AutoCAD 2D and 3D
- Enhanced knowledge of Inventor and FEM
- Familiarity with PDM and PLM software
