As a key member of our Raw Materials Management team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, performance, and sustainability of our raw materials.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with testing laboratories to analyze fabric samples and ensure they meet our quality standards.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve fabric quality and reduce waste.
  3. Analyze data and create reports to track our progress and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Verify the accuracy of fabric patterns and identify potential risks.
  5. Conduct quality control checks on fabrics to ensure they meet our standards.
  6. Work with our design team to define finishing cycles for fabrics based on their intended use.
  7. Analyze dyeing and finishing cycles to ensure they meet our quality and sustainability standards.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Materials Science, Textiles, or a related field.
  2. Strong knowledge of textile fibers, chemistry, and spinning methods.
  3. Experience with textile dyeing and finishing processes.
  4. Pattern-making and garment construction skills.
  5. Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  6. Ability to travel to Prato, Italy for meetings and training.
