About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Loans Operations Operator to join our team in São Paulo, Brazil. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for registering transactions into our legacy system, receiving instructions and monitoring credit approval from our CRM, and executing end-of-day activities to reconcile internal accounts and send emails to the business team.

What You'll Do

  • Register transactions into legacy systems according to deal tickets booked by the business
  • Client servicing, including sending advice to clients reporting FX closing, interests, due amounts, and expiry dates
  • Reconcile internal accounts and send emails to the business team informing transactions disbursed during the day
  • Act on breaks and discrepancies raised by Reconciliation in regards to daily Nostro, Depot, and Accounting reconciliation reports with Finance support

Requirements

  • Relevant Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • Proven experience leading lending operational teams
  • Excellent English language proficiency (written/verbal)
  • Advanced knowledge with Microsoft Excel
