Job Title: Securities Services Operations Operator

Location: São Paulo, Brazil

What You'll Do

  • Manage contracts workflow for all products offered by the Brazil branch.
  • Conduct monthly validation of statements sent to clients.
  • Generate end-of-month reports from each product legacy system.
  • Prepare audit confirmation letters.
  • Oversee requests from judicial or police authorities to manage deadlines and various steps of the process according to ad hoc demands.
  • Perform daily reconciliations and quality assurance activities.
  • Handle incident reporting and escalation.
  • Act on incidents/problem management/CTB initiatives/BoW (Regulatory, Audit, Essential Maintenance, and Discretionary), participating from business requirements stage until UAT testing and rollout to production environment.

Skills You'll Need

  • Relevant Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • Proven experience in banking operational areas.
  • Excellent English language proficiency (written/verbal).
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
