Role Overview

MotorK is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and contributing to the development of our innovative products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 3-5 engineers in the development of high-quality software products
  • Participate in day-to-day coding and provide technical guidance to team members
  • Develop and implement Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Lean practices, to improve team productivity and efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to improve individual and team performance
  • Support the hiring and development of new team members

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Software Engineering role with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Experience leading a team of engineers and contributing to the development of high-quality software products
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in PHP frameworks such as Symfony and Laravel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
