Nurse Practitioner

As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care through the nursing process
• Direct and coordinate all nursing care based on established clinical nursing practices
• Collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery
• Perform direct admissions, case management, and utilization reviews

Requirements

• Graduate of a School of Professional Nursing
• Previous experience preferred
• License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of South Carolina
• Current BLS certification
