The Customer Engagement Platform (CEP) is essential in enhancing team performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) that guide Field Teams' activities. We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in analytics and data interpretation to provide insights on improving critical metrics.
Importance of Your Role
The CEP plays a vital role in managing key Pfizer brands, consistently striving to enhance public health and patient outcomes. In this position, you will assist the Field team and CEP leadership with essential administrative and operational tasks necessary for internal meetings, financial oversight, and travel/expense management, all while adhering to Pfizer's established processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Field teams by facilitating all administrative tasks required for various projects.
- When necessary, lead the MAPP process for supplier analysis and compliance validation, including contract preparation and approval.
- Process financial documentation, such as invoices and expense claims, in accordance with company procedures, aiding the Field team in budget management.
- Become a knowledgeable resource within the team regarding Pfizer's processes and policies.
- Conduct KPI analysis and provide critical data insights to enhance key metrics.
- Foster connections with local and global Customer Excellence Teams.
- Ensure compliance with all processes within the team, aligning with the Compliance Team and Congresses and Events Team.
- Provide project management support for internal meetings and planning cycles, coordinating travel arrangements and logistics.
- Assist the CEP lead with expense management and travel arrangements.
- Organize and prioritize daily tasks to meet deadlines, proactively planning to avoid bottlenecks.
- Engage in problem-solving and ad hoc projects to enhance team effectiveness and ensure compliance.
- Maintain high standards of compliance with norms, policies, and procedures.
- Act as a member of the commercial leadership team, participating in regular meetings.
- Key contacts include the CEP Lead and Field Leads.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
