About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Signal & Power Integrity Engineer (F/M/Div) to join our team at Infineon Technologies Austria AG. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing system-level Signal & Power Integrity simulations to improve the predictability of Analog Mixed-signal IP within the final application.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain system-level Signal & Power Integrity simulations to ensure robust performance and accurate modeling of complex systems.
  • Collaborate with design, layout, and application engineers to identify and mitigate potential Signal & Power Integrity issues during the early design stage.
  • Perform simulations vs measurements correlation to improve the accuracy of developed models and enable design space exploration and optimization.
  • Contribute to circuit design solutions and system definition by performing EM modeling, parametrization, and simulations of complete systems.
Requirements
  • Masters degree/PhD degree in electronics with at least 1-3 years of relevant experience in EM modeling and system-level simulation.
  • Experience with electromagnetic simulation tools (e.g. Ansys EM Suite, Keysight ADS, Cadence Sigrity) and circuit simulation tools such as Cadence Virtuoso.
  • Solid background in High-Speed Interfaces simulations and performance analysis (Knowledge of thermal modeling and simulation is a plus).
  • Experience with Python programming and MATLAB.
  • A self-responsible working style and ability to thrive in a team environment.
