Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our regional product portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality products and services that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional product strategies that align with our company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical, sales, and marketing, to ensure seamless product development and launch.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and manage product roadmaps, including product feature prioritization and resource allocation.
  • Work closely with our headquarters team to ensure alignment with our company's overall product strategy.
  • Represent our product segment in regional meetings and presentations.
  • Monitor competitor activity and stay up-to-date on industry trends.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in the automotive aftermarket industry, with a strong understanding of distribution channels and customer behavior.
  • Proven track record of success in product management, with a focus on regional growth and development.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manipulate and analyze data quickly and accurately.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively in a matrix organization.
  • Proficient in Italian and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
