About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to own a key area of our product and collaborate closely with C-Level, UX/UI, Development, and QA teams to execute our Product Roadmap. The ideal candidate will have exceptional product management skills, a background in sales tech, such as CRM and HR applications, and experience in analytics applications or engagement-related platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze customer, user, and C-Level feedback to define product features and requirements.
  • Recommend new product features and advocate for their inclusion in the roadmap.
  • Organize product releases and go-to-market activities.
  • Work closely with UX/UI on product designs.
  • Create and manage epics, stories, and requirements.
  • Collaborate with developers throughout the implementation process.
  • Monitor product usage and its impact on end users through analytics and feedback loops.
Requirements
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Five or more years in Product Management roles.
  • Extensive experience in product lifecycle management and Agile environments.
  • Ability to build rapport and earn respect with developers.
  • Experience working closely with UX/UI teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Italian and English.

DSCOVR operates on a hybrid model, with three days spent in the office and two days spent remotely. This flexibility allows for a balance between work mode and schedule.
