Job Title: IT Sales Area Business Analyst

Ducati Motor Holding S.p.A. is undergoing a digital transformation of its sales processes, aiming to enable its customers to purchase increasingly personalized products. To achieve this goal, Ducati wants to strengthen its IT & Digital Transformation team by hiring an IT Sales Area Business Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following activities and areas of responsibility:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the business requirements identification process for the Sales area, acting as an interface between business representatives and third parties.
  • Manage national and international projects in the application and digital areas, ensuring compliance with the group's standard methodologies and the IT Program Plan.
  • Manage relationships with project suppliers and application maintenance service suppliers (AMS).
  • Preside over B2B processes and Sales area systems active in the company, ensuring their correct functioning and promoting their constant evolution in line with the company's strategy.
  • Manage the demand phase, collect requirements, and propose new evolutions in the Sales area.
  • Ensure the integrity of the SAP platform for all group companies.
  • Ensure compliance with the group's IT Governance procedures.
  • Manage and monitor the budget for the projects under their responsibility.
  • Manage the relationship with the business reference in a collaborative and proactive manner.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Computer Science or Industrial Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the same role in international companies or IT consulting companies.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Order to Cash process and the SAP SD module.
  • Good knowledge of the Opportunity to Order (Sales Funnel) process.
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP architecture, programming, interfaces, databases, web principles, and digital technologies.
  • Good knowledge of the Office 365 suite.
  • Strong inclination towards Project and Time Management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills, oriented towards detail and depth.
  • Proven team working attitude.
  • Result-oriented attitude.
  • Proven problem-solving and autonomous organizational skills.
  • Innovative attitude.
  • Availability for short-term business trips abroad.
Desirable Skills:
  • Knowledge of Sales Planning processes, preferably on SAP IBP (Demand Planning and S&Op).
  • SAP BTP.
  • SAP Commerce Cloud.
  • Salesforce (Sales Cloud).
  • Project management and Agile/Scrum certifications.
