Il candidato ideale per questo ruolo è una persona con una spiccata attitudine al lavoro di squadra e alle relazioni interpersonali, precisa, curiosa e con un forte orientamento al risultato. Deve avere capacità di analisi, competenze nella comunicazione scritta, capacità di pianificazione delle attività, problem solving e capacità di organizzazione e autonomia.

Responsabilità Principali

  • Collabora alla governance dell'area monitorando i flussi produttivi e creando report che ne garantiscano il controllo.
  • Fornisce su richiesta report sulle attività gestite internamente e dai fornitori.
  • Funge da singolo punto di contatto nei confronti del team e degli altri uffici.
  • Intrattiene rapporti di reciproca collaborazione con i fornitori.
  • Interviene in ambito di revisione dei processi e attività operative con l'obiettivo di migliorarne l'efficacia, l'efficienza e limitarne i rischi.
  • Verifica la documentazione pervenuta e gestisce le pratiche dei clienti al fine di completare i processi di Lead to Cash dei prodotti in scope.
  • Garantisce la tempestiva gestione delle documentazione ricevuta tramite posta, mail e fax per coadiuvare nella risoluzione di problematiche segnalate dalla clientela.
  • Gestisce le Service Request e le code di filenet relative alle richieste dei clienti sia in fase di onboarding sia di post-vendita.
  • Supporta nella regolarizzazione dell'anagrafiche della clientela in conformità alle regole di adeguata verifica (Ams, CRS, Fatca, ecc).
  • Mette in atto tutte le procedure di controllo, previste dai processi interni, sulla documentazione gestita.
  • Gestisce tutte le attività collaterali (previste dalla normativa vigente o da procedure interne) volte al perfezionamento delle pratiche.
  • Gestisce e collabora con le aree della banca al fine di risolvere in maniera efficiente le problematiche sul cliente.
  • Gestisce gli ingaggi ricevuti dall'ufficio Reclami, secondo le tempistiche concordate e supporta lo stesso negli approfondimenti necessari anche al fine di migliorare i processi operativi.
  • Aggiorna in autonomia i manuali operativi e le procedure dell'Area.
  • Contribuisce all'aggiornamento della reportistica di Area.
  • È parte attiva nel contribuire al miglioramento dei processi in ottica di customer experience, cost reduction e contenimento dei rischi.
  • Coopera per l'attività di censimento anagrafiche - relativo alle persone giuridiche/fisiche gestite da ING Bank Wholesales e ING Lease - riferita a rappresentanti legali, titolari effettivi, delegati o per qualsiasi altra casistica si rilevi necessaria.
  • Supporta gli Outsourcers di Area in ogni contesto venga richiesto dai processi interni o da sopravvenute esigenze operative.
  • Contribuisce alla gestione dei fornitori verificando il corretto rispetto dei contratti e dei termini dei livelli di servizio. In questo ambito si occupa di monitorare le singole attività dei fornitori e di seguire le eventuali problematiche e criticità che possono sorgere anche nelle attività daily gestendo le opportune escalation sia in relazione alle loro strutture sia internamente alla Banca.
  • Supporta i Dipartimenti tecnici e di Business nell'analisi di anomalie legate ai flussi produttivi.
  • Segnala eventuali Incident e li gestisce secondo le policies aziendali (prima linea di difesa).
