Position Overview
This role is designed to enhance the operational management of Digital Direct Bank clientele, encompassing both Retail and Legal Entities, with responsibilities for oversight, control, and monitoring of various operations.
Role Responsibilities
You will be part of the Digital Customer Operations Division, which undertakes tasks related to the management of Direct Bank customers as well as providing support to other Bank divisions, such as Accounting, ALM & Treasury, Capital Markets, and Factoring. In this capacity, you will assist the Digital Branch team, concentrating on the administration of Direct Banking clients, particularly in cash operations, operational oversight, and AML compliance.
Your specific duties will include:
- Managing collections and payments
- Overseeing credit card operations
- Conducting registry and anti-money laundering checks
- Monitoring current account overdrafts
- Providing specialized customer support
- Resolving technical issues
Moreover, you will actively participate in drafting operational functional requirements for new business initiatives and enhancements to Core Banking projects.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Master's Degree in Economics or Management Engineering
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the banking sector
- Preferred experience as a Cashier in either a physical or digital branch
- Strong understanding of financial processes
- Familiarity with banking regulations
- Problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
- Excellent communication abilities
- Proficiency in the Office Suite
- Fluency in English
