This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as a Site Health and Safety Technician. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and procedures.
- Develop and implement effective health and safety plans.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor compliance with health and safety policies and procedures.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure they comply with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in on-site substation and power line projects.
- A degree in Engineering or related field and Occupational Health and Safety Certification.
- Native Italian speaker; English or Spanish at B2 level desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
