Responsibilities
Within the Human Resources Department, the role involves, after an onboarding period necessary to understand the Marposs culture and working context, the personnel recruitment, as well as the organization of career days and employer branding events, the development of relationships with schools and university institutions, and the organization of internships.

Profile
A degree in Psychology, Political Science, or Law with a high grade and at least 3 years' experience in a similar position are required.
Sensitivity, listening ability, and balance are fundamental qualities for this role, which is demanding but has a great impact in terms of transmitting corporate culture and the continuity and quality of the resources to be hired and developed in the company.
