Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to provide exceptional healthcare services to our passengers and crew members onboard our cruise vessels.

Main Responsibilities
  • Reporting to the Doctor and providing day-to-day health care to passengers and crew members.
  • Assisting during medical treatments in the Infirmary and being on call 24 hours a day.
  • Updating the Official Log Books and verifying pre-sign/on medical forms for all embarking crew members.
  • Performing administrative duties, inventory control of supplies and medicines, and checking maintenance and stock of medical emergency equipment.
Requirements
  • Degree in Nursing from an accredited University.
  • Enrollment in the Italian Public Registry for Professional Nurses (OPI).
  • At least two/three years of work experience post-degree, including six months in emergency areas such as ICU, Hospital Emergency Room, Cardiac Care Unit, and emergency medical services.
  • Mandatory certifications for Nurses, preferably issued by a ILCOR approved provider, and a good knowledge of medical technical English, written and spoken.
  • Computer literacy and availability to a contract of 4/5 consecutive months onboard.
  • Experience as a Nurse on cruise vessels is an advantage.
