We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to join our team at Ermenegildo Zegna Holditalia S.p.A. As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy of our inventory valuation, managing excess stock, and reconciling with accounting data.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Inventory Control Coordinator in ensuring accurate monthly inventory valuation and devaluation of excess stock.
- Reconcile inventory movements with accounting data on a monthly basis.
- Provide support in executing controls as per the ICFR framework, including understanding processes, associated risks, and documenting control execution.
- Support the team in the monthly and quarterly closure of the valorization.
- Check valorization files in SAP and prepare files for accounting closure.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Fluent English language skills, with other languages a plus.
