Role Overview

SEAS srl is seeking a highly skilled B1 Engineer to join our team in Bergamo, Italy. As a B1 Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the continued airworthiness of our fleet of Boeing 737-800 aircraft.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out maintenance tasks as required, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a high standard of work in all tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Complete relevant documentation, including maintenance records and reports.
  • Comply with all company rules, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Contribute to a safe and clean working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Perform other duties as requested by the Shift Leader, supporting the team's goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Hold an Unrestricted EASA B1 Licence, with type rating on Boeing 737-800NG.
  • Have a flexible approach to working in a fast-changing environment, with the ability to adapt to new situations.
  • Be willing to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as required.
  • Previous experience with AMOS is desirable, but not essential.
  • Be able to work and travel within the EU, with a valid passport and necessary visas.
  • Be a self-motivated individual, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Have excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Have hangar and/or line experience, with a strong understanding of aircraft maintenance procedures.
  • Have good computer literacy, with proficiency in software applications and systems.
