About the Role
Amaris Consulting is seeking a Senior Intrapreneur to drive business growth and lead our team to success. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for:
- Business Development: Identify and engage with new business opportunities, drive sales, and expand our client base.
- Recruitment and Management: Attract and recruit top talent, mentor and support your team, and ensure project success.
- Business Unit Management: Oversee the well-being and success of your business unit, analyze financial performance, and implement strategies to optimize results.
Your Profile
We are looking for a young professional with an entrepreneurial spirit, attracted by challenges, self-starters, and ambitious:
- Graduated with a master's degree in business or engineering.
- Thriving in a demanding setting where excellence and continuous learning are the primary goals.
- Structured, organized, and possessing a competitive yet collaborative and innovative mindset.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English.
