About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective customer support via email, chat, and phone
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer support
Requirements
  • Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Italian
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in customer support or a related field
  • Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
