We have welcomed over 300,000 travelers from 169 countries, with over one million nights rented through our platform. Our services include short-term RV rentals, long-term campervan subscriptions, and the possibility of buying one of our vehicles available for sale.

The Role

We are seeking a university student or recent graduate to join our team as an International Operations Intern. This role involves representing our brand in person, providing world-class customer service to our guests, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

As an International Operations Intern, you will be responsible for:

  • Front-office activities: customer service and sales, including check-ins and check-outs, registering guests, processing payments, and explaining campervan functionalities.
  • Back-office activities: operations handling, quality control, and support activities, including maintaining campervans in top condition, identifying and acting on maintenance or repair needs, and supporting the team in monitoring the existing stock and coordinating the fleet of campervans.
Requirements
  • You are a student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • You are fluent in English and have a valid driver's license.
  • You have a strong customer service orientation and a natural talent for connecting with people.
  • You possess a problem-solving mindset and are comfortable with getting your hands dirty.
  • You are looking for a dynamic internship where you can put your theoretical knowledge into practice.
