RINA is seeking a skilled Digital Innovation Project Coordinator to join its team in Genoa or Milan, Italy.

Mission

The ideal candidate will oversee international R&D projects focused on energy digital innovation, collaborating with the Energy Innovation Department - RINA Consulting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage or support the management of EU R&D projects in power generation, renewable energy, and decarbonization.
  • Contribute to RINA's technical development in EU-funded projects, interacting with international partners.
  • Deliver reports and results for European research and innovation projects involving energy efficiency, renewable energy technologies, and smart grids.
  • Identify new opportunities and prepare proposals for European and international R&D programs.
  • Develop RINA's network of R&D partners in power generation and distribution.
  • Contribute to the development of digital tools for consulting and engineering services.

Requirements

  • Engineering or computer science degree with a focus on energy (a plus).
  • Fluent in English and Italian.
  • Excellent reporting skills, both verbal and written.
  • Capacity to conduct research, organize work, and produce results.
  • Open-minded to innovation and creativity.
