Nell'ambito del potenziamento della nostra Area di Delivery cerchiamo dei Senior Project Manager.

Responsabilità e attività:

  • Fortemente motivato e con esperienza nel guidare progetti complessi dall'inizio alla fine, rispettando tempi, budget e qualità;
  • Leadership del Team: Coordinare, pianificare e guidare team multidisciplinari, motivando i membri a massimizzare la loro produttività e collaborazione;
  • Gestione del Progetto: Definire obiettivi chiave, pianificare attività, risorse e tempi, monitorare lo sviluppo del progetto e garantire il rispetto dei tempi e del budget;
  • Redazione della documentazione di progetto: pianificazione di progetto con emissione del Business Case, realizzazione WBS, assegnazione delle risorse;
  • Gestione dei Rischi: Identificare i rischi potenziali e sviluppare piani di mitigazione per affrontarli in modo proattivo, garantendo il successo del progetto;
  • Comunicazione Efficace: Gestire le comunicazioni interne ed esterne, mantenendo tutte le parti interessate informate sullo stato del progetto, gli obiettivi e le sfide;
  • Gestione del rapporto con il Cliente sullo stato di avanzamento dei lavori e sulle date di consegna del progetto;
  • Adattabilità e Risoluzione dei Problemi: Affrontare le sfide impreviste in modo rapido ed efficace, cercando soluzioni innovative per superare gli ostacoli;
  • Qualità e Controllo: Monitorare costantemente la qualità del lavoro e garantire il rispetto degli standard stabiliti.

Requisiti:

  • Esperienza di Program e Project Management superiore ai 3 anni (se è possibile, si chiedono referenze) in uno dei seguenti ambiti: Cyber Security, Antifrode o Digital Transformation, in aziende di medie e grandi dimensioni;
  • Laurea in Management, Ingegneria o campo correlato (costituisce titolo preferenziale);
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese;
  • Padronanza della suite MS Office (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel);
  • Predisposizione al lavoro in team;
  • Capacità di sviluppo, gestione e manutenzione delle relazioni, coinvolgendo i leader aziendali per creare consenso al fine d'individuare le soluzioni più appropriate per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi;
  • Ottima comunicazione (scritta e verbale, con diversi livelli di interlocutore tecnico e non);
  • Ottime presentation skills;
  • Orientamento al Cliente, flessibilità e capacità di adattarsi al cambiamento e a richieste estemporanee;
  • Costituiscono titolo preferenziale le seguenti certificazioni: PMP e/o Prince2, ITIL.
