Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Controlling Specialist to join our team in Milano. As a key member of our Retail and Product Planning & Controlling team, you will be responsible for planning, analysis, and closure of Retail Business Unit figures. You will also have the opportunity to create new analysis models in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, analyze, and close Retail Business Unit figures
  • Create new analysis models to support business decision-making
  • Collaborate with the Business Unit managers and colleagues to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Requirements
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Controlling or Auditing
  • Degree in Economics
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and Office Package
  • SAP experience is a plus
  • Proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written
  • Sociable, able to work in a team, proactive, and willing to innovate
  • Knowledge of IFRS and USGAAP principles
