Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Luxury Sales Ambassador to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting and exceeding individual and store sales goals while executing key strategies of retail-led growth, leveraging franchise operations, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Embody the Burberry Experience by following training guidelines and standards to reflect the luxury brand's image and standards.
  • Consistently meet individual sales targets while demonstrating excellent selling skills and motivation to succeed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, build customer loyalty, and maintain an up-to-date client book.
  • Foster a positive attitude, take responsibility for own actions, and demonstrate results-driven behavior.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and meeting targets.
  • Strong clienteling background with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of POS and store systems.
