Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated Luxury Sales Ambassador to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting and exceeding individual and store sales goals while executing key strategies of retail-led growth, leveraging franchise operations, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Embody the Burberry Experience by following training guidelines and standards to reflect the luxury brand's image and standards.
- Consistently meet individual sales targets while demonstrating excellent selling skills and motivation to succeed.
- Provide exceptional customer service, build customer loyalty, and maintain an up-to-date client book.
- Foster a positive attitude, take responsibility for own actions, and demonstrate results-driven behavior.
- A minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
- Proven track record of driving sales and meeting targets.
- Strong clienteling background with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of POS and store systems.
As a Luxury Sales Ambassador, you will have access to:
- A competitive salary estimated at €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
