Job Description: As a Luxury Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in meeting and exceeding individual and store sales goals while executing key strategies for retail-led growth. You will be responsible for developing new customers, maintaining relationships with existing clientele, and delivering exceptional customer service experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- • Embody the Burberry Experience, adhering to training guidelines and standards to reflect the luxury brand's image.
• Consistently meet individual sales goals, demonstrating excellent selling skills and customer service expertise.
• Cultivate customer loyalty through active client development and follow-through.
• Maintain an up-to-date and detailed client book, following all Cultivate requirements and activities.
• Ensure visual standards are upheld, including floorsets, merchandise replenishment, and ticket placement.
Personal Profile: We seek a team-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a results-driven approach. Relevant experience in fashion or design is preferred, along with advanced knowledge of POS and store systems.
Measures of Success: Financial targets include achieving individual and store sales goals, UPT, ATV, and Client Development. Exceptional customer service will be evaluated through the Burberry Experience Evaluations. Capture compliance is also essential.
Estimated Salary Range: €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, based on location and performance.
