  • Collaborating with Sales Team: Work closely with sales team members to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer service.
  • Escalating Issues: Identify and escalate any customer complaints or issues to management for prompt resolution.
  • Maintaining Records: Accurately document customer interactions and issues, supporting data-driven decision-making.
