Job Summary

The Sales Associate contributes to achieving store goals in sales, productivity, and service by utilizing Coach selling skills and Coach Service training. This role is responsible for meeting personal sales and productivity goals, delivering service that meets or exceeds expectations, and representing Coach to the consumer as a brand ambassador.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Meet personal sales and productivity goals
  2. Deliver service that meets or exceeds expectations
  3. Represent Coach to the consumer as a brand ambassador
  4. Understand how individual productivity impacts the store
  5. Behave like a brand ambassador
  6. Model sales behaviours taught in company sales training programs
  7. Maintain high energy on the sales floor
  8. Consistently achieve sales goals
  9. Able to work with multiple customers simultaneously
  10. Consistently anticipate and meet customers' needs
  11. Service all customers according to the Coach Approach standards
  12. Participate as a team member and encourage team to meet and exceed performance standards
  13. Champion company initiatives and supports management decisions
  14. Demonstrate professional ethics

Requirements

  • Very good English proficiency (essential)
  • Previous experience in a retail service environment (essential)
  • Background in working in luxury retail (desirable)
  • The ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff and manoeuvre the sales floor
