About the Role

As a Store Customer Advisor at Zegna, you will be the ambassador of our luxury brand, sharing our rich heritage and collections with customers to create an atmosphere of energy and passion for the Zegna brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, making use of the gestures and rituals of the selling ceremony to deliver a personal and exceptional experience.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date with new collections and trends.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, with a high attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English, with other languages a plus.
