Campus X, an Italian company operating in the student housing sector, is seeking a dedicated Front Office Agent for its CX facility in Venice Mestre.

This role is ideal for a green thinker who is capable of thinking outside the box and is a citizen of the world ready to take on a new challenge.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide attentive and friendly customer service to all guests (past, present, and future) of CX.
  • Check-in and check-out guests in a professional manner following company standards.
  • Ensure correct data entry (customer information, reservations, maintenance, charges, and similar) within various management systems.
  • Responsible for correct billing and support administration.
  • Schedule and distribute room keys conscientiously and correctly.
  • Notify expected arrivals and prepare documentation for them.
  • Handle any customer complaints.
  • Manage the App, email, and switchboard.
  • Give notice to housekeeping and maintenance of incoming requests and verify that they have been fulfilled.
  • Responsible for finalizing leases resulting in the return of the security deposit.
  • Operate the bar by preparing hot or cold basic beverages, serving sandwiches, and pre-packaged snacks for facility guests.
  • Know, observe, and enforce all facility safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or college degree.
  • Previous experience as a FOA.
  • Knowledge of hotel PMS (knowledge of Mews will be considered a plus).
  • Knowledge of written and spoken English.
