  • Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems for employee records and documents.
  • Prepare and distribute office correspondence, including emails and memos, using a computer.
  • Manage and track Human Resources office supplies and forms, ensuring timely ordering and replenishment.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to messages in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist with the creation of new employee personnel files and maintain confidentiality of employee records.
  • Provide support to walk-in candidates with application procedures and ensure the designated space is clean, well-maintained, and accessible.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and concerns regarding company policies, programs, and guidelines.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of employee and property records, files, and information.
