Maintenance Expert

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Tetra Pak Italiana. In this role, you will be responsible for performing corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance services, as well as troubleshooting assistance for food equipment.

As a key member of our technical services team, you will be involved in the installation and commissioning of packaging equipment, providing technical training to our customers, and delivering high-quality technical services and support.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the mechanics, electronics, and automation fields by performing services on our clients' sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in preparing customer sites for installation events, assembling machines
• Install, commission, and maintain filling machines and distribution equipment
• Perform troubleshooting and fault-finding services on site and by phone
• Conduct production supervisor and operator training at customer sites
• Establish and maintain a continuous positive relationship with customers, including support and follow-up on customer concerns and problems

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in electronic or electro-mechanical engineering, or equivalent experience in the field
• 1-2 years of work experience in electro-mechanical maintenance
• Ability to repair machines onsite
• Experience with filling machines is a significant advantage
• Willingness to travel extensively on a weekly basis, more than 90% of working time
• Native level of Italian and good command of English (writing/reporting skills are essential)
• Driving license
• Good command of computer skills
