Synergie Italia S.p.a. is seeking a skilled Gastronomia Specialist to join our team in Borgomanero.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to manage our gastronomy department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food sales and service, with excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences.

• Manage the gastronomy department, including ordering, stocking, and displaying products.
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare and present food products for sale, ensuring high-quality presentation and display.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.

• Previous experience in food sales and service, preferably in a retail or restaurant environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
