Shell is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of CP Lead – Data Operations for Integrated Gas, Categories, Projects, and Renewable Energy Solutions (IGCPRES).
Key Responsibilities- Partner with business stakeholders to determine and understand critical data requirements in various supply chains.
- Ensure data quality and embed a data culture within the CP/SC organization.
- Operationalize data designs to eliminate waste and transform towards right-first time and strong data quality.
- Develop a highly talented and engaged community as 'motivated entrepreneurs' and ensure strong business connectivity.
- Enable people to succeed by removing barriers to performance, providing development opportunities, addressing underperformance, and rewarding success.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in Renewable Energy, Supply Chain/Contracting and Procurement, Data Management, and Oil & Gas.
- Experience in managing a team and track record of partnering with business leaders or matrix organization to deliver operations/outcomes.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and curiosity with ability to develop and deliver value.
- Developing and leading high-performing teams and strong results and achievement orientation.
