Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll and Benefits Operations Lead to join our team at Aptar Group. As a key member of our HR Services team, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support, coordination, and coaching to our Payroll and Benefits Country Leads/Specialists.

Key Responsibilities

  • Report to the Regional HR Services Lead on specific initiatives and challenges for each process area.
  • Collaborate with the Regional HR Services Lead on the definition of HR Services budget, future staffing requirements, and other needs.
  • Set performance targets for Payroll and Benefits Country Leads and Specialists in line with overall team goals and individual development plans.
  • Measure and monitor services performance by identifying opportunities for improvement concerning timeliness, responsiveness, accuracy, and controls.
  • Act as an escalation point for payroll, Time and Attendance, and Benefits issues.
  • Assess, approve, and submit improvements actions related to process and system/tools.
  • Identify optimization and automation areas at local level for each process included on HR Services scope.
  • Support the Regional HR Services Lead on the design and/or implementation of policies, processes, and systems/tools.
  • Collaborate with the Regional HR Services Lead on the development of new solutions and on the implementation of action plans.
  • Ensure data privacy and compliance requirements are met across the different countries.
  • Ensure Payroll/T&A/Benefits Specialists are provided with the required knowledge, have access to required information/documentation, and contribute to knowledge management activities.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration/Human Resources/related field.
  • Knowledge on following HR areas of Expertise: Time and Attendance, Payroll, and Benefits Administration.
  • Knowledge on Processes and HR Systems/Tools.
  • Experience in Digital Transformation.
  • Experience in Vendor Management.
  • Skills: Customer and Results Orientation, Analytical and Problem-solving Mindset, Communication, Intercultural Sensitivity, Leadership, Team Orientation, Personal Accountability and Commitment, Resilience.
  • Languages: English (mandatory). Ability to travel.
