The Customer Quality Specialist will be responsible for ensuring high-quality customer experiences across all touchpoints. This includes collaborating with the Quality Manager to develop and implement customer-centric strategies, analyzing customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and working closely with the Planning and Production units to resolve customer complaints and issues.
Main Activities
The successful candidate will be involved in the following key activities:
Supporting the Customer Service team in resolving customer complaints and issues
Analyzing customer-related data and developing statistical reports
Collaborating with the Planning and Production units to resolve customer complaints and issues
Cooperating with the Supplier Quality team to manage customer claims caused by external suppliers
Visiting Cassina and Dealer Showrooms to collect Voice of Customer feedback
Understanding customer expectations and needs to foster a customer-centric mindset within the company
Preparing and analyzing customer satisfaction surveys
Supporting the development and monitoring of Field Tests activities
Requirements and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering or a similar field, at least 2 years of experience in Quality or Customer-related roles, and a strong understanding of the luxury market. Additionally, they will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to work in an international context.
