Overview

Stevanato Group is an international leader in the manufacture of high-quality glass containers for pharmaceutical use, as well as in technology for the development of glass tube processing machines, inspection systems for the pharmaceutical industry, and equipment for assembly, packaging, and serialization solutions.

Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst - Market Insights to join our Strategic Marketing function in our Headquarters in Piombino Dese (PD).

Responsibilities:

Develop and communicate comprehensive market analysis for Stevanato Group, identifying market size, growth, and competitive landscape.

Support Investor Relations in reporting market data to the financial community, including investors, equity analysts, and SEC.

Create market insights and reporting to drive business pipeline and new product development for our Business Units and Regional Markets.

Establish a robust data culture by understanding market and business dynamics, ensuring data accuracy, quality, and relevance.

Design custom data models, algorithms, and predictive models to identify business patterns and support strategic decision-making.

Stay up-to-date with industry innovation, emerging technologies, macroeconomic, and regulatory trends, providing actionable input for the organization.

Drive continuous improvement in data processes, incorporating best practices in data management and analytics.

Requirements:

Degree in Engineering, Economics, Data Science, or Mathematics.

At least 2 years of work experience in a top management consulting firm or a similar position in a publicly traded international company.

Fluency in English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong knowledge of economic and financial analysis.

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.

Result-driven attitude, thoroughness, proactivity, and good interpersonal skills.
