Job Title: Clinical Application Specialist Computed Tomography

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Application Specialist to promote and train on clinical utilization of Philips CT Solutions to Radiologists and other Clinical Users.

About the Role: As a Clinical Application Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that customers are properly trained to optimally use the Applications, improve clinical effectiveness, and maximize customer satisfaction. You will be the clinical referent for CT within the territory of competence, ensuring that customers are properly trained in applying the best possible clinical procedures and protocols to achieve optimal usage of the equipment delivered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales process by highlighting the clinical advantages of our technology, proactively supporting sales for upgrades and new features for the installed base, supporting and advising the marketing force during tenders and system promotions.
  • Provide feedback from the customer/markets on our solution back to the Business Innovation Unit.
  • Support new product launches and provide required applications report on completion of all application visits.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience in the Health Tech industry.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience of Computed Tomography.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the clinical field.
  • Willingness to travel is required (about 80-90% of the time).
  • Fluent in English in addition to Italian as the local language.

How We Work Together: We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations. This role is a field role.
