Post-Sales Service Leader

We're looking for a highly skilled Field Service Manager to join our Customer Care Management team at Danaher - Global. As a leader, you'll drive a team of engineers to provide exceptional support to our customers, focusing on business retention through field support.

In this role, you'll report to the Senior Manager Service Operations and be responsible for business retention. You'll work closely with the Sales team to develop tailored plans to improve customer satisfaction and improve the technical and soft skills of your team.

This is an opportunity to build a world-class post-sales organization, working in a fast-paced role where you can make a real impact.

  • You'll have the chance to build and lead a high-performing team from technical and application perspectives.
  • You'll work with Sales to support business retention and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
  • You'll provide the right support to customers according to contract specifications and priorities.
  • You'll arrange internal training for engineers to ensure they have the skills needed to succeed.

The essential requirements of this role include:

  • A degree in Technical Engineering or Scientific discipline (Chemistry, Biology).
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the Medical Diagnostics industry leading teams.
  • A leadership attitude, able to drive people and create a culture of strategy execution.
  • Ability to work in a team with a strong focus on problem-solving.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as business needs demand; available to travel 50% of the time.
  • A current valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Excellent English skills.
