About This Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to fill the position of Aura Host, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences in our hotels.

Responsibilities
This role involves:

  • Main Responsibilities
    - Ensure compliance with hotel standards and manuals
    - Deliver personalized guest service
    - Manage digital guest experiences
    - Resolve customer incidents
    - Promote compliance in other areas

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Education
    - University degree in Tourism or Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field
  • Languages
    - Advanced English language skills, with knowledge of local languages depending on the property location
  • Experience
    - 2 years of experience in a similar position in the hospitality industry
  • Skills
    - Knowledge of brand strategies, hotel management, and customer experience tools
    - Financial acumen
    - Ability to lead and inspire a team
