As a Guest Service Line Agent, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences through our telephone service line, while promoting our corporate values and mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Communication: Effectively communicate with guests via telephone, responding to their queries and resolving any issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional guest experiences, exceeding expectations and promoting loyalty and retention.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of guest experiences and achieve operational excellence.

Requirements:

  • Education: Training in Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing, or a similar field.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Advanced knowledge of telephone service, proficiency in Office 365 suite, knowledge of hotel operations, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
