Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our Housekeeping team at Castello di Casole, A Belmond Hotel, Tuscany.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect soiled linens and provide clean linens to staff members as per departmental instructions
  • Ensure accurate distribution of laundry tags with readable information
  • Document and coordinate with staff on laundry procedures for dry cleaning of linens

  • Meet customer requests for garment repairs
  • Monitor and maintain a predetermined linen exchange level
