As a Property Senior Underwriter, you will be expected to:
- Safeguard the portfolio by applying reinsurance strategies and minimizing risk.
- Contribute to the development of the team's business plan and ensure maximum productivity and performance.
- Perform complex underwriting activities, adhering to all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Establish strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, brokers, and colleagues.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in property underwriting, preferably in an international insurance network.
- Deep knowledge of the local market in the property segment.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
