About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Consultant to join our team at Boston Consulting Group. As a key member of our IT consulting practice, you will play a critical role in helping our clients navigate the complexities of digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Digital Transformation Initiatives: Collaborate with clients to design and implement strategic IT solutions that drive business growth and innovation.
  • Develop and Implement IT Strategies: Work with clients to develop and implement IT strategies that align with their business objectives and goals.
  • Design and Optimize IT Architectures: Design and optimize IT architectures that meet the needs of clients and drive business success.
  • Lead Project Teams: Lead project teams to deliver high-quality IT solutions that meet client expectations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in IT consulting, with a proven track record of delivering successful IT projects.
  • Skills: Strong technical skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: Fluent in English and Italian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
