**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager OEM to join our Sales Department and drive business growth through strategic sales planning and customer relationship management.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage a portfolio of OEM Key Accounts to achieve long-term strategies and expand the customer base in existing and new vertical markets.
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach, implementing yearly forecasts and key actions for each account.
- Set, track, and achieve sales targets, aligned with company objectives.
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage the opportunities pipeline to help sales forecasting and production planning.
- Strategically travel to build relationships with existing and new customers.
- Act as the point of contact and handle customers' individual needs.
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
- E nsure compliance with company's policies and operational guidelines including reporting.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in electronic engineering or other related fields.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management in international Pro Audio organisations.
- Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing.
- Demonstrated expertise of organisational strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel in particular) and CRM software/methodology.
- Advanced working knowledge of English, written and spoken.
