About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Event Director to lead our premium hospitality team at On Location. This is a key leadership role responsible for providing operational oversight and management across multiple in-venue hospitality programs.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Director of Event Production and Executive Vice President of Commercial Product Architecture to develop an in-venue hospitality program that delivers exceptional spectator experiences and maximizes revenue through a wide range of commercial offerings.

This leader will play a key role in managing event production budgets and services to support the in-venue hospitality program, including negotiating with the Event Delivery Entity and managing vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work in coordination with the Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee to identify, assess, and assign in-venue hospitality space.
  • Develop an operational plan to manage event business operations efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage overall event production budgets and timelines to meet project milestones.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of individuals who can lead IVH event production efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Sports Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in managing and producing events, brand activations, and event teams.
  • Fluent business Italian and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
