About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Purchase Order Specialist to join our international team at Kramp Group. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing end-to-end purchase order processes, ensuring timely delivery of goods and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the entire purchase order process, from placement to delivery
- Communicate and network with internal and external stakeholders, including sales and logistics teams
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
- Monitor and analyze procurement data to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role or position
- Advanced experience in Excel
- Fluent written and spoken Italian and English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
